An Outbreak of Wellness will be held at the Roxy Theatre, Bingara, on Friday, with guest presenter Graeme Sait revealing the links between soil health and human health.

This internationally acclaimed author and presenter firmly believes “we are what we eat” and has had hundreds of articles published on the subject, and has written a book, Nutrition Rules.

He is the founder of leading Australian company Nutri-Tech Solutions and has formulated most of its 200-plus unique products.

He also developed and teaches the internationally acclaimed NTS four-day certificate in sustainable agriculture.

Mr Sait has trained more than 20,000 farmers, gardeners, teachers and consultants on four continents over 15 years with this unique course.

He specialises in soil, plant and human nutrition and their profound interconnection.

At An Outbreak of Wellness, Mr Sait will focus on human health.

Expect to be excited and amazed by what is now known about the food we eat, and to be a little bit concerned and frightened by how some popular foods are making us sick.

For the sake of yourself, and your family, this is an evening not to be missed. The community is invited to learn, engage and be entertained at this special event.

Supper will be provided, which might include a few food items that could surprise and even excite you.

The cost for the evening is $20. Bookings for An Outbreak of Wellness are available through the Bingara Visitor Information Centre. Phone 6724 0066.
